No, unless you have a product you want us to use. Jim’s Laundry Services use Australian-made chemical-free laundry products to clean and protect your garments.

Once your booking is complete, your local Jim’s Laundry Services expert will get in contact with you to organise when you’re available for a pick-up or delivery.

This means you don’t need to wait by the door for your pick-up. Best of all, we pick-up or deliver directly to your home, office, hotel, university or business.

Our most popular service – Wash, Dry & Fold, accommodates for a 10kg capacity washer/dryer. Depending on the type of clothing, you can expect to fit up to 50 items in a single load.

No, you don’t have to be home to have your laundry collected or delivered. You can leave us special instructions on where to pick-up or drop off your laundry, so you don’t have to be there. When you get home, you can expect clean clothes you no longer need to worry about!

You can expect your laundry to be returned to you the following day (24 hours later) at approximately the same time it was picked up. However, this could vary if you have a larger load than the provided laundry bag. Please note if your laundry was collected on a Saturday, then it will be returned on Monday.

If you need your laundry done urgently, then we offer a same day express option. This express service covers wash, dry & fold and ironing services. If we pick up before 10:00 AM, then your garments will be delivered to you by 5:00 PM on the same day, ready to use.

Yes, our team at Jim’s Laundry Services are professional cleaning experts. They wash, clean, iron and repair garments thoroughly with an eye for detail to get rid of dirt, grime, fur and stains. Our staff undergo Initial, Advanced and Ongoing training to ensure they know how to best look after your garments. What’s more, our team are uniformed, fully insured, and police checked, for your peace of mind.

Your local Jim’s Laundry Services expert will provide you with an invoice after your laundry has been collected. Jim’s Laundry Services reserves the right to withhold your laundry until payment is received. Payment is to be made by direct bank transfer to the payment details listed on the invoice. 

For our NDIS clients we are a registered provider and able to process directly through the NDIS Agency Portal or with your Plan Manager.

Prices can vary on the type of service you request. Please view our Pricing Section for a further breakdown. Additionally, if you have a special request or would like a FREE QUOTE please contact us via calling 131 546 or  Booking a Service.

We are available to make bookings 7-days a week. You can call 131 546 to book in a time with your local Jim’s Laundry Services on Monday to Friday between 7am – 8pm (AEST) & Sat/Sun: 8am – 4pm.  Otherwise, you can Book a Service online 24/7.

Yes, Jim’s Laundry Services provides our clients with a Jim’s Work Guarantee. If you are not 100% happy with the service, we will re-do your laundry, free of charge, or give you a full refund.

We can offer this guarantee with confidence because our team of laundry professionals are fully trained and have been carefully selected based on their work ethic, enthusiasm and attention to detail.

We don’t turn our back on our customers. We re-do your laundry, or you get a refund.

Absolutely! We are specialists in the commercial industry. Your local Jim’s Laundry Services expert provide laundry services to clients who own or administer shops, restaurants, offices, industrial premises, hotels, schools and hospitals.

Yes, we can! We can collect and return your laundry directly to your hotel or holiday rental. 

Yes, we also offer dry-cleaning services, subject to availability & location serviceability.
