Below are our most asked questions and our answers to them.
No, unless you have a product you want us to use. Jim’s Laundry Services use Australian-made chemical-free laundry products to clean and protect your garments.
Call 131 546 to book in a time with your local Jim’s Laundry Services team. Or click on Book a Service, select your location, and then you will see the available pick-up times in your area. These timeframes are an estimate and may vary by up to 60 minutes. The online booking timeslots will close 3 hours prior.
Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your local Jim’s Laundry Services staff is on their way to your location, you’ll receive a text message notification telling you when the driver will arrive for pick-up or delivery.
This means you don’t need to wait by the door for your pick-up. Best of all, we pick-up or deliver directly to your home, office, hotel, university or business.
No, you don’t have to be home to have your laundry collected or delivered. You can leave us special instructions on where to pick-up or drop off your laundry, so you don’t have to be there.
Normally your laundry will be returned the following day (24 hours later) at approximately the same time it was picked up. This could vary if you have a larger load than the provided laundry bag. Please note if your laundry was collected on a Saturday, then it will be returned on Monday.
If you need your laundry done fast, then we offer a same day express option. This express service covers wash, dry & fold and ironing services. If we pick up before 10:00 AM, then your garments will be delivered to you by 5:00 PM on the same day, ready to use.
Yes, our team are known as “fussy laundry professionals.” They wash, clean, iron and repair garments thoroughly with an eye for detail to get rid of dirt, grime, fur and stains. Our staff undergo Initial, Advanced and Ongoing training to ensure they know how to best look after your garments.
What’s more, our team are uniformed, fully insured, and police checked, for your peace of mind.
Jim’s Laundry Services are expanding all the time. We service local suburbs throughout Australia. Call us to find out if we are currently serving your area.
After we collect your laundry, we will count the items (for ironing) or check the Jim’s Laundry Services bag (for your washing load) and then email you an invoice. You can pay online by credit card or debit card. Please note that we don’t accept cash payments.
Check out our pricing section (Link to Pricing on Services Page) for details of our laundry services’ cost. Our minimum charge is $66 per service.
When you book with us the first time, we will give you a reusable Jim’s Laundry Services bag, with two washing fill lines clearly marked that you fill with your dirty washing. The pricing depends on how full your bag is.
Once we collect your laundry, we will count/weigh the items and send you an online payment invoice.

Our laundry services are done from Monday to Friday. We can pick up your laundry on Saturday and deliver it to you on Monday.
No. To make your life easier, we come and collect the laundry from you, and return it to you.
Yes, Jim’s Laundry Services Cleaners provides our clients with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% happy with the service, we will re-do your laundry, free of charge, or give you a full refund.
We can offer this guarantee with confidence because our team of laundry professionals are fully trained and have been carefully selected based on their work ethic, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
We don’t turn our back on our customers. We re-do your laundry, or you get a refund.

No, we don’t do dry-clean, because we operate from our own homes using domestic equipment. We do, however, offer a repair & alteration service or hand washing service.
