    This guarantee is up to one million dollars for work done by Jim's Group Franchisees.

    If you are not satisfied with the job, we will inspect it and have any problems fixed. If we believe the job is good and you do not, we will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at our expense, and fix any problems found. Until this is done, you need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a fortnight, any advance will be refunded.

    Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

    If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

    If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.

    A public liability policy covers damage to people or property.

    It is in place to protect business owners if someone sues for personal injury or damage to property.

Hello, our names are Jude & Karen and we are the proud owners and operators of Jim’s Laundry Services Endeavour Hills. We enjoy doing laundry and receive great satisfaction in helping you free up your time. We provide residential and commercial laundry services at an affordable price with FREE pick-up and delivery!

We love our area because it is a beautiful suburb surrounded by hills and valleys and is so green all year round. Lots of parks and lakes and very close to the National Park. It’s very central and our kids study at Maranatha Christian school which is very close to home. The people are great and friendly, and we had previously owned and run a family business (Café) for 18 years in Endeavour Hills. Lots of great cafes in and the shopping centre is excellent. The Goodwill café is great for coffee. We were inspired to join Jim’s Laundry Services as we had some experience in the field, I thought we could use it to start a new laundry services business in the area. Jim’s is known for excellence and it’s a great organisation to be a part of. Jim’s got great values and integrity and exceptional customer service is a driving factor of the company. I love the culture and the people of the company. From day one our highest priority is to ensure that every client receives the best services when it comes to their laundry and customer service. We will go the extra mile to ensure we deliver every order to the highest stranded. We also want to provide an exceptional service at an affordable price so we could build our business and maintain our regular clients.
