Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) - Jim's Laundry Services Gift Cards

You purchase a gift card through our website by filling in the required details and making a payment. The gift card is then sent to the recipient via email and/or SMS, who can use it to request a service from a nearby franchisee by booking online or calling 131 546. The franchisee enters the code to redeem the gift card, and confirmation notifications are sent to both parties.

If there are no franchisees within the vicinity of the recipient, we will refund the entire amount of the gift card.

You can choose to send the gift card directly to the recipient during the purchase process, or we can send it to you so that you can forward it to the recipient.

The gift card can be used for any of our services, including Wash, Dry & Fold, Ironing, or Dry Cleaning.

The gift cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.
