Your laundry will be returned the following day (within 24 hours) at approximately the same time it was picked up. Same-day service is also available!

You can request a quote over the phone by calling the national call centre on 131 546, or online via the website. Once your request has been allocated, we will put you in touch with a local operator. If you’re satisfied with the quote, you can arrange a pick-up with them directly.

All services are backed by the Jim’s Work Guarantee. Our team is fully trained and carefully selected based on work ethic and attention to detail.

You don’t need to be home for collection or delivery. You can leave special instructions on where to pick up or drop off your laundry, so you don’t have to be present.
