    If you are not satisfied with the job, we will inspect it and have any problems fixed. If we believe the job is good and you do not, we will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at our expense, and fix any problems found. Until this is done, you need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a fortnight, any advance will be refunded.

    Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

    If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

    If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.

    A public liability policy covers damage to people or property.

I enjoy and look forward to helping busy people and those who could use extra support to either free up their time or support their needs.  You can enjoy your weekends knowing you do not have to do a mundane task. I offer an affordable laundry service covering both Commercial and residential. Plus, it is NDIS-approved. I have extensive knowledge of working with aged care organizations, many different communities, schools, sports clubs, therapists, childcare centers, and also other small businesses.  I hold current Police and other clearances. The service includes (but is not limited to) clothes, bedding-sheets, blankets, pet bedding, quilts, and much more. This service offers FREE PICK-UP and DELIVERY to your door/ location.

I love my neighbourhood because the area is a vibrant community, with lots of social interaction and a great atmosphere with a wide selection of delicious foods and things to do. Some cafes in the area include Spill the Beans, Melon & Rye, as well as having great outdoor activities like Waterfall Gully, the Chambers Gully Hike, and the lookouts of course, with so much to do and enjoy.  Visits to these locations plus more are really enjoyable. People are enjoying their lifestyle, and the smiles and the spirit of the community shine out. There is access to both private and public schools (high school, primary, and daycare facilities), with ease of parking, and enables families and children to build positive community connections. People from all walks of life (including those with disabilities and the elderly) live and work together. I was inspired to join Jim’s Laundry Services because I realised I can offer a professional door-to-door service. I enjoy meeting people, and this is the perfect opportunity to do so. I offer a simple but positive service at a great price. My goal for the business is to provide a professional service and meet client expectations in a supportive and timely manner. I understand that we all have different needs. In my spare time, Given the great parks and walking areas, I enjoy relaxing walks with my dog. Attending dog shows (I have a special breed called a “Puli”. His coat looks like a ‘MOP – dreadlocks). People love to see him, and he brings a smile to people’s faces. I also enjoy being with family and sharing the joy of different family gatherings as well as traveling all around Australia and overseas.
